The Rules of Writer's Enclave
1. Under no circumstances will Toxic behavior be tolerated. We will ban you on the spot if you are actively trying to assault another player.
2. All RPers that are invited must be approved by Angel and I. We will be doing a mild background check to make sure everyone who enters this site is exactly whom they say they are.
3. That being said, do not fake your identity or pretend to be someone you are not (outside of RP obviously). This will get you IMMEDIATELY banned.
4. All Sexual Scenes on this site must be placed in a spoiler with a tag above providing warning about what is inside the spoiler. Anyone caught RPing sexually with someone underage will be banned immediately. The under-aged person, should they be found guilty of reciprocating it, will also be banned from WE. This includes the following scenarios. 18 with anyone under the age of 18, Characters under the age of 13 being portrayed sexually, Etc.
5. Admins and Staff hold final verdict on all decisions. If you wish to question us then do so in private, both maturely and respectfully. We will be more than willing to discuss any issue.
6. Keep any drama in character. Out of character drama in unacceptable.
7. Follow specified rules and expectations provided for each section and individual RP hosted on our site.
Expectations:
1. All writers involved on Writers Enclave are expected to write at an adept level. Proper word usage. Clever sentence structure. In depth characters, basic use of NPC's, and Progressive Story, and character development. That being said, we do NOT expect you to be masters and are more than willing to give constructive criticism and otherwise guide you to improving your writing skills.
2. We encourage all members to collaborate with each other and provide feedback when asked or inspired to do so. Help each other out - it livens the community and encourages a safe, pleasant learning environment for everyone! Additionally, try to take constructive criticism when its offered, as we won't always receive positive feedback in the real world.
3. R E S P E C T! Respect the fact that each one of you are creative and unique individuals, likely with differing opinions and daily struggles. Be kind to those who deserve it, and be civil to those you may not like or understand, as they are human just like you with their own qualms.
4. Participate! Share ideas! If you want to see something on Writers Enclave then TELL US! We're not very good mind readers, but if you come to us we will do everything possible to see your dreams flourish here.
5. We don't expect you to dedicate your life to RP - but we do expect that if you're in Group Roleplays, you do your best to post semi-ish frequently so as to not hold up other players. If you know you're going to be gone or busy for an extended period of time, let us or your RP partners know and we will work around it, or hijack characters minimally to move things along.
